the deeper work
Beneath the surface, the roots.
For the deep diver who already knows surface fixes aren't enough, and is ready to understand the why underneath the what.
This is service design applied to the whole person — not just the business they run, but the human running it. Inside-out work. The roots before the results.

is this you?
You've done the work.
The strategy sessions, the offer audits, the rebrands.
Some of it helped... for a while...
But something keeps resurfacing.
A pattern you can't quite shake.
A decision you keep making. A way the business keeps drifting back to the same place.
You're not stuck because you're not trying.
You're stuck because the thing that needs tending isn't in the spreadsheet.
It's underneath it.

You've tried the surface work, and it hasn't held.
The strategy was sound. The execution was real. But six months later something has drifted back. Because the roots weren't part of the conversation.

You know the answer is somewhere deep inside of you.
You're self-aware enough to sense it. There's something underneath the business decisions; a pattern, a belief, an inherited system that you haven't named yet.

You're ready to look at the whole picture and dig deeper.
Not just examining the business, but the YOU inside the business. The identity underneath the offer. The why underneath the what. All of it, honestly.
The surface work will always drift back until the roots are tended.
That's not a flaw or failure. It's just how roots work.
The deeper path
A web, not a line.
This work is non-linear by design.
There's no fixed starting point, no predetermined sequence.
We enter from wherever makes the most sense for where you are right now.
What that means in practice: sometimes we begin with identity.
Sometimes with the ecosystem.
Sometimes a client relationship surfaces first and we start there.
The frameworks are the map, but you're the terrain.
And terrain doesn't follow a script.
What stays constant is the direction: inward first, outward second.
Roots before results.
The why before the what.
The work leads where it leads.
That's not vagueness. That's the most honest thing I can tell you about how deep work actually moves.
the frameworks
Four frameworks. One philosophy.
Each one a different angle on the same excavation.
Garden of Self & System™
What it does: Deep excavation of internal roots and external wiring. Identity, patterns, beliefs, inherited systems; personally, and professionally. The soil before anything grows. We look at who you are, how you were shaped, what you carry into every business decision without knowing it.
You'll leave with: A clear view of what's actually underneath - the roots that have been driving the results all along.
The Rooting Experience™
What it does: Visioning grounded in values and season of growth. Course correction with intention. Not what you think you should want; what you actually want, in a rhythm that supports the work and the life. What to cultivate and how, right now, in the season you're actually in.
You'll leave with: A direction that feels true, not just strategic, but grounded in who you actually are.
Ecosystem Mapping™
What it does: A clear-eyed look at the full landscape. Business as a living system. What's thriving, what's wilting, where the weeds are stealing energy you don't have. Finding where it's out of sync, and why it keeps going out of sync.
You'll leave with: An honest map of the whole ecosystem — and a clear sense of what needs tending first.
Walk-a-Mile Method™
What it does: Deep empathy design for everyone involved. Evaluate every experience from both sides - provider and client. Build systems that are fair, mutually beneficial, and don't cost you yourself. Service design that holds the human on both sides of the relationship.
You'll leave with: A way of working that you can sustain because it was designed with you in it, not just your clients.
two ways in
The frameworks, guided. Or the frameworks, custom.
Most people who come through Door Two are in a private engagement, shaped entirely around what's surfacing for them. But the frameworks also run as a guided group program - five months, all four frameworks in sequence, no more than fifteen people. Two private sessions with me are built in. Not sure which fits? That's what the Meet 'n Greet is for.
How We Work Together
It starts with a conversation.
There's no assessment for this path. No ladder to climb before you're allowed in. Door Two begins with a Meet 'n Greet; a real conversation, no pressure, no pitch - to see if this is the right fit and where the work wants to start.
We meet you where you are.
From there, the engagement is custom. The frameworks we use, the order we move through them, the depth and pace, all of it shaped by where you are and what's surfacing.
We meet you where you are.
Most people who come through Door Two are in The Full Landscape, a 6-month engagement that begins in Door One terrain and deepens naturally into the framework work as it surfaces. Some come specifically for one framework. Some are already in Door One work and the deeper layer emerges on its own.
However, you arrive, the work meets you there.
*All work begins with a Meet 'n Greet. No pressure, no pitch. A real conversation to see if this is the right fit.
Ready to go underneath?
The work starts with one honest conversation.
No assessment required. No commitment before you're ready. Just a real conversation to see where you are and whether this is the right fit.
Not ready yet? Start with the free Orientation.
It'll show you exactly where you are and whether Door Two is calling.
