the practical path

Find your footing.

Before strategy. Before solutions. Before anyone tells you what to change, a clear, honest look at what's actually happening in your business, and what's underneath it.

This is the practical path. The excavation first. We look at the silos: business, operations, marketing, and we follow the clues they leave about you.

Is this you?

You don't need more advice.
You need someone to help you see clearly.

You're still showing up. Still doing the work. But something underneath has shifted, and you feel it even when you can't say it out loud.

The revenue changed.

Something shifted in the numbers, and you can't name exactly why. The usual levers aren't working the way they used to.

The direction feels unclear.

You're moving but not sure toward what. The business has drifted and you're not sure when that happened.

You carry it all.

The decisions, the pressure, the uncertainty. There's no one helping you see the full picture, and that isolation is exhausting in a way that's hard to admit.

These aren't character flaws.

They're currents.

And currents don't care how capable you are.

They pull anyway.

The practical path

Excavation first. Always.

Most business advice skips the most important step, understanding what's actually happening before deciding what to do about it.

That's the work here.

Finding your footing isn't about fixing your business.
It's about reconnecting your work with who you are so your business can grow from healthy roots.

We start with the silos.

A clear-eyed look at each one: what's working, what's not, what's costing you energy you don't have.

As the excavation deepens, something else starts to appear in the data: you.

Your patterns. Your decisions.
The clues about what's underneath.

The silos don't lie.

They just need someone who knows how to read them.

How we work together

Start where you are. Go as far as you need.

There's no pressure to commit to more than you're ready for.
Every step is complete in itself.

The Five Terrain Sprints

One silo. One sprint.

Something shifted in the market or your business: name it, map it, decide what to do about it.

Landscape

A clear look at where you are: competitively, contextually, and strategically right now.

Offer

Audit your offer suite: pricing, positioning, fit, and the experience of saying yes.

Website

The site as a service-design artifact: what it promises, what it actually delivers, what to fix first.

Content

Audit your content strategy: what's building trust, what's noise, what to keep, what to retire.

the process

What working together looks like.

No mystery. No upsells you didn't ask for. Just a clear rhythm: see the terrain, name what's happening, choose the next move.

honest answers

The questions I hear most.

If yours isn't here, that's what the meet 'n greet is for.

Can I start with a Terrain Sprint without doing The Landing first?

Yes. The Landing is a fit when you want a single working session. A Terrain Sprint is a fit when you already know which silo needs attention: Offer, Website, Content, Landscape, or Disruption.

I don't know which step is right for me.

Start with Orientation: it's free, takes about ten minutes, and surfaces what's actually shifting before you spend a dollar. Most people land on the right starting place by the end of it.

How is this different from a strategy consultant?

Most strategy work treats your business as silos to be fixed in isolation. This work treats your business as an ecosystem and treats you as the human in the middle of it. Service design applied to the whole person, not just the spreadsheet.

What if surface fixes aren't what I actually need?

Then Door Two is here when you're ready. Many people start in Door One and find their way to the deeper TVE frameworks naturally - the work leads where it leads.

Do you offer payment plans?

For The Landing and Terrain Sprints, payment is at booking. For The Lay of the Land and The Full Map, we structure custom terms. Always a conversation, never a sales call.
