The Valued Experience® Collective

A five-month group program for service-based business owners who are done doing business at the surface.

A safe place to land for business owners who've outgrown shallow spaces and ready to go deeper.

You found your way here because something resonated.

Maybe it was an article or an episode of Experience & Impact Deep Dives or The Valued Experience®. A perspective that finally named what you'd been feeling but couldn't say out loud.

Maybe you were seeking a space where you could find your community of peers; people who went deeper than the surface of business and relationships and didn't get uncomfortable with the uncomfortable.

Whatever brought you here, chances are, you've been searching for a safe place to land. A place where you didn't feel vulnerability hangovers on the daily or were afraid to speak and not be understood because you were deemed "too much".

Here's the truth: this space was created out of necessity because I couldn't find any spaces that could hold the way we think.

This place can.

But landing isn't the whole of it.

Once you've found somewhere to stand, the work becomes understanding what you're standing on: what shaped the business, what shaped you,  and what you actually want to build next.

That's what the five months are for.

The Valued Experience® Collective is a five-month group program for solopreneurs, service providers, and founders who are done doing business at the surface.

Rooted in the philosophy of The Valued Experience®, that business is personal, that people matter more than profit, and that the experience of doing the work matters as much as the work itself, this is a space built for depth.

People who want depth, reciprocity, real conversation, and shared ethics without the pitch culture, the highlight reels, or the hollow engagement prompts.

It was built because that space didn't exist.
Not as a product. As a need.

The program exists for the same reason.
Depth is how you come to understand yourself, your business, and the people you serve.

why this experience is different
A GUIDED PATH

Five months. Four frameworks. In an order that builds, because each one opens what the next one needs. Not a library to work through alone at midnight.

KNOWN, NOT LOST

Fifteen people. That's the cap and that's the point. Room for your questions, your patterns, your particular situation. Not just your name on a roster.

depth over surface

This is not a highlight reel community. Real conversation, real questions, real people, doing business in a way that actually reflects who they are.

Twenty weeks.
Four frameworks.
One connected path.

The work is sequenced on purpose.
You move through it together, and you have all of it from day one.

Every month: live training · hot seats · ask me anything · office hours

weeks 1 - 2

Getting Your Bearings

Orientation consists of you making your way into the cohort space, reviewing your Garden of Self & System™ assessments, and getting familiar with the modes of engagement within the private community.

Session One · with Lysa

Ninety minutes to review what surfaced, name the threads worth following, and set your own starting point.

weeks 3 - 6

The Garden of Self & System™

Think of this as the soil before anything grows. This area covers identity, patterns, beliefs, and the inherited systems running underneath the business, and within your world.

weeks 7 - 10

The Rooting Experience™

In this area, we consider course correction with intention. We explore what you want to cultivate, and in what season, and all in consideration of the one you're actually in

weeks 11 - 14

Ecosystem Mapping™

In this area, we explore the business as a living system. We review what's thriving, what's wilting, and where the weeds are quietly taking energy.

Session two · with Lysa

Ninety minutes to review what to carry forward, and how to carry it carefully prior to the program turning to the people we serve.

weeks 15 - 18

The Walk-a-Mile Method™

In this area, we examine experiences from all sides. The goal is to produce what is fair to both you and those you serve so that nothing is quietly costing you yourself.

weeks 19 - 20

Carrying It Out

As we wind down the program, we look at what you found, what changed, and what the next season asks for. Your cohort stays in the community when the guided work ends, allowing you to transition and use the things you learned while still having access to people that were with you through it all.

two Cohorts per year · each Capped at fifteen people · One year in the private community

where you will land

This isn't a program where you're expected to show up the same way every week.

This work isn't linear and neither is this space.

Inside the Collective, there are four modes of engagement.
You'll find your way between them naturally, depending on where you are as you move through the work.

the wobble
For moments of uncertainty, misalignment, and "burn it down" energy.

When something feels off but you can't name it yet. You're on the verge of burnout (or in it), and ready to burn your whole business down. This space helps you pause. Breathe. Discern before you act. Slow, reflective, and protected from unsolicited advice.

in the canoe
For the steady, day-to-day navigation of business life.

You're not in crisis. You're just paddling, keeping yourself above water, but it always helps to know you're not alone in the canoe. This is the warmest space in the Collective. Bring what you're navigating, and feel how the Collective holds you.

Work mode
For when you're clear enough to move deliberately.

You've done the discernment. Now you're executing. This space is structured, focused, and forward-moving with prompts, accountability threads, and tools to support aligned action. And there's real coworking time built in for space to work and share as you go.

incubation
For ideas that aren't ready to be seen yet, but gentle support is offered with care.

Some things need quiet before they can grow. This is a low-noise, low-pressure, safe and secure space for what's still forming. Silence is part of the practice here as incubation periods are precious and sacred. When responses come, they arrive with careful, supportive intention.

You don't have to choose one mode and stay there.
These are seasons, not labels.
You'll know which one you need when you arrive.

how a month moves

One teaching. Four ways back into it.

Each month opens with a deep training on that month's framework. What happens after that depends on where the work has left you, and it won't leave everyone in the same place.

Live Training

Framework-focused - 90 mins

The framework, taught in full, with real time built in for questions and conversation. Not a lecture with five minutes at the end.

Then four calls across the month: the same four modes, carrying that month's work.

Before You Burn It Down

For The Wobble

For when the framework stirs something up and you're ready to torch the whole thing. Slow, reflective, protected from unsolicited advice.

You're Not Alone

For In The Canoe

For when you're just paddling through it, and having someone with you allows for ease to enter. Bring what you're navigating and let the room hold it with you.

Getting Things Done

For Work Mode

For when you're clear and ready to move. We work alongside each other, and progress happens simply because we showed up together.

Gentle Eyes

For Incubation

For what's still forming and isn't ready to be looked at hard yet. This space is intentionally quieter, low noise, careful response, no rush to conclude.

You don't have to choose one mode and stay there.
These are seasons, not labels. You'll know which one you need when you arrive.

what you get

What your five months include

Trainings are recorded.

The mode calls may not be, depending on what's shared and whether everyone consents.

Each cohort is capped at 15 participants.

Fifteen isn't a marketing number, it's a cap to allow the space we need for this work.

This was never built to be the biggest room. It was built to be a room that can hold the work.

  • Four frameworks, guided live, across twenty weeks
  • Two private sessions with Lysa - one at the start, one before Walk-a-Mile
  • A ninety-minute live training every month, questions and conversation included
  • Four mode calls every month - Before You Burn It Down, You're Not Alone, Getting Things Done, Gentle Eyes
  • Foundational assessments and guided reflection
  • The Valued Experience® workbook - all four frameworks, yours to keep
  • The private cohort community, including all four mode spaces
  • Session recordings where content allows
  • A full year in the community from the day you begin - the guided work is five months, the room stays open for the rest of your first year

Meet Lysa

I built this because I couldn't find it.

After 26 years of working with hundreds of business owners through their hardest moments, I kept noticing the same thing. The people who needed depth the most had nowhere to go for it. Every community felt like a sales floor or a highlight reel or a space that got uncomfortable the moment the conversation went somewhere real. So I stopped looking for it and built it instead.

The Valued Experience® Collective is rooted in everything I believe about how business actually works — that it's personal, that people matter more than profit, and that the experience of doing the work matters as much as the work itself. That's not a tagline. It's what I've watched be true, over and over, in every engagement I've ever had.

I'll guide this. I'll teach the frameworks, ask the questions, and help you follow the threads where they go. But I won't be standing behind glass, and I won't pretend I'm somehow finished with this work myself.

I'm a deep diver too. I just happen to know this terrain.

This is that place. For both of us.

This space was built with intention, and it's designed for a specific kind of person.
You'll know if that's you.

This is for you if...

  • You identify as a deep diver - someone who thinks beneath the surface of business, identity, and the experience of work.
  • You've noticed patterns in how your business keeps landing you in the same place, and you want to understand why.
  • You believe business is personal, and you're tired of advice that pretends otherwise.
  • You want a supported process, not another framework to work through alone.
  • You can give this five months of real attention.
  • You're willing to stay curious when the answer isn't immediate.

This is not for you if...

  • Surface-level tactics and quick wins are what you're after.
  • You want someone to hand you the answer rather than help you find it.
  • You're looking for therapy or clinical support - this isn't that, and I'd want you to have the right thing.
  • You want the recordings but not the room.
  • You can't give this the time right now, and that's okay, this just isn't your season.

FAQs

frequently asked questions

When does it begin?

January 2027. Enrollment is open now, and closes when the cohort is full or when January arrives, whichever comes first.

How many people?

No more than fifteen. That's a hard ceiling, not a target - a smaller room only means more of it is yours.

What does it cost?

$3,000, or five monthly payments of $600. Your first year in the community is included.

How much time should I expect?

One ninety-minute training each month, plus whichever mode calls you need - some months that's all four, some months it's none. Add reflection and exercise time in between. Nobody is expected at everything.

What if I miss a live session?

Trainings are recorded. The mode calls may not be, depending on what's shared and whether everyone consents.

What if only two people come to a mode call?

Then it's a very good call. These aren't sized for attendance - they're sized for whoever needs them that month.

Who are the private sessions with?

Both are with me. The first supports your onboarding and reviews your Garden of Self & System™ assessments. The second comes before the Walk-a-Mile Method™ and helps you carry what you've found into the outward work.

Is this therapy?

No. This is business work that takes seriously how personal business is. It isn't therapy, treatment, or crisis support, and it isn't a substitute for working with a licensed professional.

Do I have to share personal things with the group?

No. You'll be invited in, never pushed. Watching, reflecting privately, and processing quietly are all real ways to participate.

Is this only for business owners?

Yes. Solopreneurs, service providers, and founders. The frameworks reach into identity and experience because that's where business actually lives - but the work is anchored in your business.

What happens when the five months end?

Your cohort stays together in the community space for the rest of your first year. After that, you can stay on at $47/month.

Will there be another cohort?

January 2027. Enrollment is open now, and closes when the cohort is full or when January arrives, whichever comes first.

seen. heard. understood.

Ready To Land?

There's no rush and no pressure. Start where you are.

You don't need a perfectly formed goal or an explanation for every pattern before you begin. You need enough curiosity to look underneath, and enough room in your year to actually do it.
The January 2027 cohort takes no more than fifteen.
Enrollment is open now.

When you're ready to go deeper, there's room for you here.
